Shipping & Delivery Process FAQs

What are your processing and shipping details?

We process all orders in 5-7 business days. Shipping orders can take 3-21 days depending on where you are located. USPS/DHL delays may occur, contact your local USPS/DHL for help with missing packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We provide shipping worldwide.

You will see your shipping fee at checkout, but this does not include customs fees. Customs, import duties, and tariffs are charged once your order reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Our shipments leave the USA and go through customs when they reach there destination. We can't provide exact timing or cost estimates for customs clearance.

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped, we are not responsible.

A $10 fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again.

What if my package is lost?

Empower Mode is not responsible for items that are lost by mail carrier or by any shipping service.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Of course! You can add the recipient's name in the special notes section when ordering their gift.

Don't forget to also include their mailing address in the shipping section at checkout.

What if my order is damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of your damaged shipment. Please hold onto the shipping box it came in and send us an email at hi@empowermode.com with your order number.

We'll take care of the claim and send you a replacement right away!

Return, Cancel & Exchange FAQs

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged items. We are not responsible for lost packages.

What if my package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

*If your package is sent back because of an insufficient address, we will charge a resend fee of $10 USD.

Can I cancel my order?

Our team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit your order.

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart! If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased (and if product is unopened), please contact hi@empowermode.com and we'll set up a return for refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

Can I exchange an item?

We're unable to process exchanges at this time.

Can I return a gift I recieved?

Not at this time.

Can I customize my planner and journal?

Not at this time. Our planners and journals come with pre-designed features to maximize productivity.

Do you offer a digital version of the planner and journal?

Not at this time. Currently, we only offer a physical version of our planner and journal.
