Shipping policy
- Estimated Processing Time: 5-7 Business Days (Monday-Friday)
- Estimated Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days (USA) (Monday-Friday)
Empower Mode uses USPS/UPS to ship your order through standard letter mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method) This can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Empower Mode is not held responsible for:
- mistakes made by USPS/UPS (or the selected mail courier)
- wrong address given by customers
- damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- stolen packages after delivery
- any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

USPS/UPS DELAYS:
Occasionally USPS/UPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS/UPS part. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS/UPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS/UPS directly.
