Refund policy

Returns:
All Sales are FINAL! Empower Mode does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Empower Mode and to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Damages and issues:
Empower Mode is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 2 days to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. Empower Mode is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Please inspect your order upon received and contact us ASAP at hi@empowermode.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
